as seen from the stars...

if you were on the moon...looking down on earth...and you could change it's color from that lovely blue to any other hue....what color would you choose...

change the color of the earth...

give any reasons...or different color schemes with the clouds and stuff...whatever..

Call me a stuck-in-the-mud, old traditionalist but I'd like to keep the colour scheme we have. Check out some of these images -

particularly the "Earthrise", "Crescent Earth" and "Galileo" ones - and try to tell me they're not magnificent and beautiful...you won't succeed 🙂 This is one marble I'd like in my collection...if only I could get rid of those pesky infections on its surface 😉

I won't call you old fashioned, I like it also! ;@)
Eh, this in an extremely strange question, lol. Um, I don't think I'd change anything. But I guess it doesn't really matter a lot. But I'm used to it this way and that's the way I like it (uh, I sound really conservative, heh)..

I'm with Epo... I like it this way... But if I ABSOLUTELY HAD to change something... I'd make it that teal-blue water like the water in tropical places... It's so pretty 😀 (Yes I realize I'm a dork😛)

I so agree with you Amber. I'm from the NorthEast United States and our beaches are IMHO GROSS!! The Jersey Shore looks like this murky green where you can't see your feet after walking a few feet in.

I tend to be an ocean "snob" in that I won't go swimming anywhere the water isn't clear...

I used to regularly look at an NJ shore webcam ( HERE) but it appears to be offline at the moment until Springtime.
However, when it was working the water there looked much nicer than that in the Humber Estuary next to which I work every day - I would happily change that muddy-grey, polluted cesspool to a lovely Mediterranean blue-green 🙂

Odd coincidence for Whedonverse afficianados - the beach featured in the NJ Shore cam is Point Pleasant...spooky 😉
