What show would you have liked or still like to see manifested from the list?

HEY CORDY!: Based on an alternative universe but still in Buffyverse. It could have been about Cordelia living this fabolous life she wanted in the past but with a little twist of mystery as she discovers that this isn't the life she really chose, that there's something more. A longer version of Birthday basically 🙂 which leads to it's ending.

WILLOW: instead of having another vampire slayer, why not the most powerful witch in Buffyverse? Probably something similar to Willow Wonderland from season 9.

BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER: (continuation)

FAITH THE VAMPIRE SLAYER:
(as it was planned)

RIPPER:(as it was planned)

ANGEL: (continuation)

BUFFY TVS CARTOON: (basically a remake)

COMICS: (continuation)

NONE

OTHER: (name them/it)

The cartoon, the core scoobies, Angel, Oz, Cordy all based in one of the strongest season - hellz yes!

I really wish the cartoon had gotten picked up.

Faith The Vampire Slayer! 😀

Originally concieved it would've been Faith travelling around America, being a slayer and trying to find her way in the world. That sounds awesome to me.

Plus 'Supernatural' shows how well this format could've worked, and its going on 9 Seasons now...🙂

I mean, I'm happy enough with the comics, and 'Ripper the series' would've been great, but no, Faith tS had real potential to do something different.

I would also love a Faith TVS, Sarah could be a guest start! >.<
I wanted to see Angel continue on TV. It took me years to accept the comics.

Faith the Vampire Slayer for sure!

Next would be s6 of AtS, with Oz as a new addition for characters.

I also would have liked to see Ripper, and would have watched a Willow based show.

You left our "Fray The Vampire Slayer," which would have been great, most likely in an animated format, assuming that that would be less expensive than designing a bunch of futuristic sets and props.

Also, "Slayers: The Next Generation," with an all new cast possibly with Connor as a middle aged man serving as the mentor to a group of young Slayers. With the show set only 15 or 20 years in the future, the expensive sets wouldn't be all that necessary.

BtVS the animated series is something I'd absolutely love to see. Basically, a longer and animated season 1, with the darkness, horror influences and stuff. Yeah, I'd watch the hell out of it. Also, proper Willow the series sounds kinda cool 'cause Willow? She's not exactly a brooding-hero-with-a-redemption-arc-and-a-destiny type. She more like, sex drugs and rock 'n' roll you know, the chaos gal. Would be fun to see her wreck shit on a weekly basis.

I always wanted to see a show about the Slayers, the ones who came before and the ones who were created by the spell. I was always really interested in the mythology of the show, the Slayers, where they came from, how they got their powers, the ones like Kendra and Kennedy who were training since they were little. I wanted to see something that changed, a different Slayer every few episodes. It's not something that's really been done and I think it would have worked really well.

All of them, obviously.
But if I could get only one, as much as I love Buffy, it would be more seasons of Angel. It just wasn't finished. They should have had at least 2 seasons running W&H before the Black Thorn storyline and that should have been stretched out over a longer period than what we got in season 5. Should have. Could have. Damn it. I miss Angel!!!

Yeah, I wasn't sold on the slayer school idea. Willow being a "teacher" at slayer hogwarts, spike hitting on all the young slayers. Meh.

But a Slayer anthology series would have been fantastic! Would have been ahead of the curve as well!

One day they will re-boot the franchise and then we'll see what can be done with it.

I have no doubt it will be rebooted in the future even though I don't believe it should be. Why reboot when you have the opportunity to carry the saga on with new characters?

If a reboot happens, no big deal. All they do these days is reboot series/movies and turn them into sh*t

Thing is they know by going back and revisiting old characters that they have at least some kind of guaranteed audience. TV these days like's play safe and so thats why so many popular old shows get reamde.

Thing is I wouldn't mind seeing what a re-boot of either AtS or BTVS would look like with a newer younger cast.

I also wouldn't mind a reboot. If Whedon or the actors don't want to continue why waste the material.

But I'd say we'd more likely see a continuation if it happens on tv. The trend in tv is less rebooting and more "continuations". Whereas in movies they just reboot.

I'm not so keen on a reboot. It obviously could be done and could be amazing but I like Buffy being a specific story. Once you start rebooting then it becomes this Buffy story and that Buffy story, she becomes a generic hero and character, a different character to everyone.

I would have been very open to the idea of any live action television continuations in the canon. I felt Buffy Season 7 was a step up from 6 so could have continued, if steered in the right direction. Angel Season 5 was strong so I could have happily seen that continue. Slayers through the ages, Fray or Ripper could all have been fun. Pretty much anything within the canon and done well I guess.

I want a show (or miniseries, whatever) where the Scoobies and AI Team come together for THE Apocalypse and just one last hurrah with all the characters we love having all the interactions we wanted for YEARS. Which could actually happen in the comics of they weren't so STUPID.

So, their battle cry would ba, "Slayers Assemble!" right? You think Marvel would let Joss get away with it, seeing as how he's their golden boy and all now?

I wouldn't mind seeing a new Slayer story...maybe even with Fray. Something in the same universe but new characters and the old rules ( no new comic rules).

Ripper! Anthony Head is awesome and I think there's a lot more to his character. They could jump between present time and the 70s, with a young British actor playing young Giles. My top pick would probably be Tom Hiddleston, but he even might be a little too old for playing early 70s Giles.

That would actually be really awesome. I think it should be a 6-hour mini-series or something. A feature length film is definitely too short.

A continuation of Angel's series is the only answer I could ever give.

Though, from the other options, I could be down for Faith the Vampire Slayer. A great time to do it would have been to leave Buffy dead after "the Gift" and have Faith take over as the show's lead.

It would be an incredibly risky move, but could have lead to a lot of interesting storylines.

Faith, hands down. It would've been amazing & so many characters from the Buffyverse could've guest starred. It would've been so interesting to delve into Faith's character & her past even more & learn more than we already had. Eliza is such a brilliant actress, especially with this role...it's just a shame that it never came to fruition. I would've much rather seen her in this role vs Tru Calling or Dollhouse & I think the series would've had a chance to go on for at least 3-5 seasons.

100% agree. Faith is Eliza's best role.
