Maybe it's a little early for this, but what the heck, I like this Sierra character.
I like the exotic look and the accent of the actress - Dichen Lachman.
She's believable as action-girl in the pilot and as the dweeby fan in Stage Fright. I already feel sorry, and empathy for poor Sierra herself.
I say "poor" Sierra, because I get the feeling she's thought of as expendable by the Dollhouse "upstairs". In Ghost she's brought in solo for the dangerous recovery part of the mission to attract fire, and save Echo. In Stage Fright she's used as a decoy. When Boyd asks her handler what happened to the original Sierra he replies "She did her job". Sierra is expendable. That makes me feel for her.
Also I'm liking the chemistry between Echo and Sierra. A little nod from Echo in the Dollhouse at the end of Stage Fright, and you feel for her, then wonder where this is going to go. That displays presence.
