Until further notice, the same rule we always have had applies to signatures - so that means, your entire signature should be no taller than 150 pixels. To find out how tall your banner is, right click on it, and choose properties.
The mods have been pming people and giving them a chance to fix their signatures, but they will start editing sigs soon, so please be kind to those on slower connections and keep your sigs reasonable.
