how do people get the really cool picture banners?
do they make them themselves or do people make them for them?

is it that obvious that im new?

Yeah exactly like the theiniative has said, if your any good at art programs like Photoshop you could make them yourself, or you can contact someone on the list in the link above, they've all put their names forward as available to make banners for people, so would be happy to help.
