Erm..I know it ain't the very best...but I need pointers...

Could you take a look and a jab, pokey and a prod and rate my siggy? Be nice... :sigh: lol but honest
 
I like the text areas, and who can resist an adorable kitty? However, in the future you might try making it less busy. (BA in Visual Arts---I can't help but notice these things!)Otherwise, I give it a 10!!

Hey, hey, no worries. The background and your cool text clash a bit. You could always start w/ a plain background and then add as you see fit. And as always, these things are prone to subjective examination. Others more diversified than myself might see it differently. It really depends on what tickles your fancy . . . Although I don't recommend tickling any fancy between the hours of 9 p.m. and 3 a.m.

Dawn killed Miss Kitty Fantastico with a crossbow, mentioned in "Empty Places" and Mr Gordo was mentioned in "The Freshmen"

Anyway onto topic. What is the background, it looks like steel wool? It doesn't match, sometimes a nice simple background works as well. Also don't be afraid to try and erase right up to the edge of MKF so she blends in more.

Yes, Mr. Gordo was stolen by Sunday, wasn't he? But...after that...POOF...no more Gordo. 🙁

I love how all your work seems to have a textural thing going ( maybe I'm seeing things) I'm a sucker for texture --- like wood grains n stuff, messy edges and one my absolute favorite crinkled tissue paper ( god am I an od bird!!!)
