I didn't see a thread for this movie, so I though I'd make one.

It just aired here on Dutch Tv, has anybody ever seen it? And if so can you explain the movie to me?
 
::wave:: I have seen it but it was a long time ago, so I don't really remember what happened!!! I do know that it wasn't one of her best movies!!!🙂
 
i loved the movie

the movie was about a girl named amanda (sarah) who has inherited a resteraunt form her mother who has died. Her mother was an incredible chef but amanda on the other hand sucks at cooking. well she meets this angel kind of guy who sells her these crabs. one of the crabs is magical and helps her meet this handsome businessman (patrick flannery) well when she meets this guy she starts to get into her cooking and the magic crab kind of gives her a little help. well all these magic things starts to happen and the guy gets really scared cause they are falling in love and he doesn't want to blah blah blah in the end she turns into this really amazing cook who gets this hunky guy Tom (patrick flannery) and she lives happy ever after

liek a helping hand (the spirit blah blah) then when amanda forgets to wear the earrings she realises that the ability was in her all along she just needed a little help to find it and ...find herself

it was a little cliqued
however i liked it, i own it and i watch it when i want a sappy predictable romantic movie
and where else can you see a couple get floaty in a kitchenhmm?
 
I like the movie.

Yeah, it's not the best production of a film ever made, but it's better than some of the crap out there.

That movie was alright. It was sort of cute, but sort of odd also. The whole crab thing was kind of weird, but the movie didnt suck too bad.
 
I thought it was cute. Definitely not one that will mark a turn in the history of cinema, but a nice little romantic comedy with a bit of magic. I love the song during the ending credits and Sarah Michelle looks great as a redhead. I love redheads !
 
I thought it was sweet....ok it was extremly predictable and corny and i no a magic crab is kinda lame but its a good movie to watch when you just wont a Romantic movie were you dont have to think.
