Any other Sims fans?? Just wondering, 'cause I found some cool Buffy-Sims content on The Sims Resource! 😀

Love me some Sims. It's an obsession of mine. Unfortunately, I killed my last computer with too many Sims 2 Downloads (plus it was, well, old). Now, I'm stuck on a crappy old computer that can't handle the graphics.
 
I know someone who plays the Sims, and who could also do with some more Buffy love, so I'm gonna check that site out 😀
 
Big Sims 2 fan here, been playing over a year now and loving it.

I have a large mansion/chateau I created in Downtown populated with very fancy looking Vampires and in the neighbourhood proper I have a small house tucked away with Joan the Vampire Slayer and her Watcher Alexander hiding away.

Note: TSR is a paid membership site. It's not bad. I've been a member before and I liked their themes and contests, but it's not usually where I found the best Buffy-related content. You should go to the Sims 2 Community forums and check out the Where Can I Find...? sub-forum. The Rules and Guidelines for Posting in the WCIF sticky provides suggestions for searching MTS2 as well as links to free content organized by theme. And if you can't find Buffy in any of those lists or in the WCIF forum, then you can post the question yourself in the WCIF forum and others will answer.
 
I've been a major Sims player right from part 1, and have all the addons except Apartment Life for 2 also... atm, I'm not playing it as I have to sort through the insanely huge downloads folder first (7 gigs, and I'm not kidding you :aah: ) before putting all that stuff "blindly" into a game that is, atm, a clean config needing less than a minute to boot up. (It will take long to start up when I put all that stuff in... I remember sitting in front of the loading screen for 10 minutes even with a much smaller DL folder.) I've started to do that sorting some weeks ago, but it's stupefying work, so I left it half finished after a week or so and have yet to to the rest...

I don't really have strictly Buffy related stuff, though - I have tons of medieval, Fantasy (esp. Enayla's Faerie Skins and all the Horns & Elf Ears, lol) and SciFi stuff, and a few horror themed custom objects (bats in a crate, buyable vamp & werweolf elixirs, tombstones to change a Sim into a ghost and some such). The only strictly Buffy object I have is The Scythe as a wall decoration... I'm pretty sure I DLed that one from the MTS2 site.
 
Ohhh yeah, I love Sims its so entertaining! I love making Buffy families😛
 
YAY for Sims/Buffy fans! 😀 I just downloaded all the OMWF stuff I saw on the site... Even though I have to say that most of the best Buffy stuff I've found for TS2 is on Mod The Sims 2. 😀
I am a creator on TSR, though, so you guys should check out my page... I'm getting ready to upload some Buffy-related stuff soon!! Search for brinneydee on TSR 😀 I have a lot of walls and floors, as well as makeup and shirts for women, although I'm about to start putting up more men's clothes.

i LOVE the sims. it's one of my few obsessions (along with buffy, angel, chapstick, tea, and neopets.com). i've made buffy families including vampire angel and vampire spike on the sims 2 haha.
 
I used to have a pretty kick-ass copy of Spike's crypt in my game, along with every member of the core cast in my game and they all looked so great. But then we had to get a new computer and I lost all those. 🙁

I DO have a pretty sweet copy of Buffy's house in my current game, though... I can't remember if I got it off MTS2 or another site, though. 🙁
 
Another Sims fan here, been playing it for six years or something (started with sims 1). It's virtually the only pc game I play 😛 Although I've got no small amount of CC, I can't say I've downloaded any Buffy stuff, but maybe I should look into that. 🙂 Thanks for the links!
 
I am only a fan of the old sims games.. The new ones seems TOO dangerous. I mean,I risk getting sucked into the game totally. and i was in danger already with teh old one!
 
Well my Sims addiction started when an ex said "Here you can have this, I didn't like it" and gave me a copy of the original Sims. I was instantly hooked, then when I found out you can download custom content and learn to make your own stuff, I was completely gone. I've been playing ever since the original came out and even though I'm going to have to get a whole new computer for The Sims 3, I'm SO getting it! 😀
There are some really GREAT custom creations out there for Buffy fans. A LONG time ago, I found a site where you could actually download stakes and weapons made to look like ones used in BtVS eps, although I can't for the life of me remember where I saw it (and that irks me so bad 'cause I used to have a kick Buffy set up in my game!)... Maybe I'll spend some time Googling... 😉
Check out ChazDesigns and his selection of the actors on Buffy... They are SO lifelike in game, it's insane!!
