So I know that many of us have favorite cartoons with fun little catchy theme songs.

I want to know what your favorite cartoon is and the lyrics to it's theme song. I think it is funny when you actually read the words to the songs!

My all time favorite cartoon is Scooby Doo. Here is the Scooby Doo, Where are You? song.

Okay - this isn't technically a cartoon, it being one of those crackmonkey Sid & Marty Kroft live action Saturday morning thingies, but I loved the Banana Splits and I espeically love their theme song! (Liz Phair does a rockin' cover of it, too!)

since i can't take that one i'm gonmna take CANDY CANDY.. whcih is a manga, from japan of course, and it's about a girl, who is rased on an orphanage, with her best friend annie, and first annie gets adopted by these rich people who can't get kids, then candy gets adopted by this mean mean fam!! well the song is great! and here are the lyrics, in japanese 😉 LOL

My fave cartoon them tune has to be 'All Grown Up'

It is the Rugrat's which have grown up into teen's.

I don't know all the words to it, so I cannot sing it out but it rocks.

Best cover of Banana Splits theme was by The Dickies IMO.

Best cartoon theme was Roobarb - no lyrics, so I ain't singin'...
hear it Somewhere around here btw the first ep is "When Roobarb made a Spike" Marsters fans...😉
 
Not really my favorite cartoon, but even to this day, after not haveing seen it in years.... The Ferals Theme Song:

There's a rat. Named Ratus. He's the leader of the bunch...
And there's a cat called Madigliana. She's fluffy, but she's tuff...
And Daren, He's a dopey dog and Mitsy's a muddled up mixed up bunney...

Also, remember the Gummy Bears theme song, sort of..

Gummy Bears! Oh, the memories! Junior high...every day after school I'd get off the bus, flop on the couch and turn on Gummy Bears! I loved that little green dude (Toady, I think his name was) who called his boss "Dukey". Hi-lar-i-ous.
 
Whoa! I have never ever heard of this Gummi Bear business! I mean I know of the candies but not an actual show. But rock on to you guys and your cartoon and theme songs! I bet you guys have those stuck in your head now, huh?! LOL 🙂

OMG I absolutely adore Gummi Bears(I don't know the English lyrics of theme song, coz I watched it in Polish!!!!!I was also really into ...Turtles(you know Leonardo,Raphaello and others),but I don't know the original title...
