I've noticed more and more celebrities starting a side career or completely changing it to singing or a band. Do you have a favorite singing celeb?

Zooey Deschanel is my future wife.
Good question! Zooey Deschanel is definitely one of my favorites! I've been a big fan of her voice ever since I first heard her sing in the shower scene of "elf".

It annoys me when actors try to be rock stars too. Sometimes it works out but most of the time they suck.

Totally agree, more often than not they don't do both successfully.
I really like what I've heard of Chris Kane's stuff but I'll leave the gushing to Lyri and just leave this here.

Michael Weatherly (Tony Dinozzo, NCIS) has a couple of songs on the NCIS soundtrack. I really like his voice personally. This one is Bitter and Blue.

Jared leto I love him so much!! Ever since my so called life and other things and I actually like 30 seconds to mars. He looks amazing on stage haha. The Kill and From Yesterday are easily favorites.

I'm never fond of celebrities trying to make it to the singing career.
But...Taylor Momsen blew my mind.
Seriously.
She was like "Yeah singing is my real passion, it's better than acting and I'm acting like I was Courtney Love". Totally thought she was a poser. Then I heard sing live.
It was beautiful. I was like "Ah, yeah, right. Right. It's pretty good. Kinda very good actually. She really has a beautiful singing voice. She has something. It's like...Waw. WOAH."
