What do you think ever became of Buffy's Slayer teams from Season 8? There were apparently fairly large teams based in several places around the world, then in Season 9, it was almost like they just faded into the woodwork. Other than the few girls in London and any that might have joined Kennedy's security agency, would the teams somehow remained intact, or did they all just go back home when Buffy left?
