I also thought Annabelle's accent was not that great. She kind of slipped in and out of it. But who am I to judge, being American and all? Lol. I hadn't really noticed until you pointed it out. 😉

Then the appropriate thing would be to contact me or Faith about it. It is NOT appropriate to use that sort of language, especially in the manner you just did, and it will not be tolerated. Spelling the word differently to avoid the censor doesn't make it okay to use it. There are young members on this board, and this should be a safe and comfortable place for all people to post.

Yeah, I like Rona. She's funny. I did notice a latino slayer too. Wasn't that the same actress that plays on Lizzie McGuire? My sister watches that show all the time and she looked just like Lizzie's best friend. hmmm...
 
The girl, who plays Miranda on Lizzie macGuire (cool show: Matt is so funny, as are the teacher, Gordo, the dad, actually all of the male characters) anyway isn't she a bit young?
 
Lalaine is the actress you guys are talking about, who plays Chloe. She is pretty young; actually, she has the exact same birthday as me; June 3rd 1987. Pretty cool considering I really like Chloe the best (besides Molly, and I'm actually starting to like Kennedy).
 
I guess in practical terms you have to find the actors that can play the parts, which is probably hard enough without taking their demographic backgrounds into account.

ok......... I don't particularly like Molly ("bad-accent" SIT) myself, but I will give her credit on the accent. It isn't as bad as everybody thinks. She has a real accent and it doesnt sound fake at all. She is not British, she is Cockney English. People actually talk like that, believe it or not. I have a dialect coach for theater and I studied worldwide accents and her accent is good. It is an annoying version of Drusilla's accent, who is also Cockney.

I like Rona, a little whiny though. I like Lalaine on Lizzie Maguire but I think she isnt great as Chloe, maybe she just needs some lines or something to do on Buffy. I hate Vi (the red head w/ the hat) she was just irritatingly annoying. I like Molly and Kennedy rocks, she is the one were supposed to like. She clearly will be in the rest of the season because they are building her up so much and I just know that there will be Kennedy/Willow friction goin on. Plus, she's hot. I didn't like Eve, thank god she is dead. She had a bad southern accent, she kept slipping out of it every speech she had. It just sucked. And what is with all these Disney people on Buffy. Casting director same?? Annabelle (Courtnee Draper from "The Jersey"), Molly (Clara Bryant from that movie "Tru Confessions" or something like that, and now Chloe (Lalaine from "Lizzie Maguire"). I don't get it.I just can't wait for Faith's return and to find out what Buffy really is, because clearly last night, they are not over with Buffy coming back right storyline. There is no way she is just a glitch for Spike's chip. Too easy.
 
Kennedy: I love her, she's the coolest of them, she's the perfect match for Willow, but unfortunatly I have to say that she may be a little too perfect ... something is up with that!
Molly: She's very funny, her way of dressing, how she's afraid!
Chloe: Miranda istantly became my fav character on Lizzie macGuire lol ... she hasn't said too much, no real opinion yet
Vi: ... hasn't said too much either, but she sure dresses funny!
Rona: I don't know, but I just don't like her and then to think, I think she might be the next slayer!

Annabelle: Annoying studyhead, but nevertheless didn't deserve to die!
Eve: Never seen her, but if she is like the First portrayed (sp?) her, she's a bitch and deserved to die!
 
The SITs are all probably teenagers around Dawn's age (which was around Buffy's age when she was called). Whining, complaining, being scared, showing off, and flirting are all pretty much part of the package. I hope to get to know them better as individuals as the season progresses.

As for Eve, though, I have to say that the minute she opened her mouth and became the SIT morale-destroyer, I figured her for the First Evil or one of his accomplices.
 
How come I never though of that, I just though she had a huse as big as Kennedy's and was proud of it ... that type of person!
 
I am sooooo excited about the start of season 7 here on Thursday. I cant wait to 'meet' all of these new characters.

I wasnt really that hyped about the start of season 7 because of the complete lack of Amber but now that it is so close, I'm practically wetting myself in anticipation!

I'm a bit, what's the word I'm looking for?, wary about Kennedy if she is set to be Willow's new girl. I do want her to have someone but you know I really miss Tara.

I'm just really looking forward to the influx of new characters, fresh blood and new talent.

I have a question about some other characters debuting in 7 too.

Have Kit, Carlos or Nancy appeared again since their initial introduction?

I miss Tara too, I loved her, but Kennedy is a worthy candidate. she's very cute!

I have seen a pic of Kennedy and agree with the cuteness! Not as cute as Tara but IMHO that's impossible anyway!

I thought that Kit, Carlos and Nancy were supposed to feature more, as they havn't, I hope I don't like them too much after I've seen Lessons and Beneath You!!

I do like the SiT idea as I really enjoyed the Chris Golden, Spike and Dru book: Pretty Maids All In A Row.

I wonder what Faith will make of them!?

When Dawn was first "attacked" by the First Evil in Conversations With Dead People, she was on the phone with Kit
