:tongue: Dawn ii heading to the big NYC, for her first field trip since being in Rome. The trip is to be held for a month, but Buffy has doubts about demons trying to use her as a key, and her being alone altogether. Buffy tells Giles & Faith to accompany her to New York. The night before, Dawn has a dream of Buffy fighting a vampire, and of course she wins! They set sail for NY, where Dawn meets Eve, former liaision to the Senior Partners at W&H. Eve tells Dawn shes running from them, the SP's and that they cursed her with visions, as she thinks. She knows Dawn is a slayer and she saw it in a visions. They are attacked by an unusually strong vamp, but Dawn tosses it aside with ease. Slayer strength!!!! Dawn & Eve inform Giles and Faith about Dawns prophetic dreams. Giles confirms that she is right and Buffys heart stopped beating only a moment and she was called as a Slayer. So basically, Dawn is a Slayer now and she is under the watchful eyes of Faith & Giles, with some help from the on the run Eve. Dawn learns aboyt being a Slayer as Faith struggles to keep her alive & away from the vampires who are trying to ressurect an evil force from Buffys past.....and hes a vamp!!!!

So tell me what you would think if i wrote this as a Fan Fic??????????

possibly:Oz, Andrew, Wood, Vi, Rona, Xiangua-slayer, Lilah Morgan, Jenny Calender, Tara~~~~possibly brought back from death~~~~~surprises but not all of them will be in the story. What do u think?

OK, you would like honesty, i'd wager.
Ok, here goes.
Parts of your Idea sound interesting
eg:
Dawn ii heading to the big NYC,
Dawn meets Eve, former liaision to the Senior Partners at W&H,
Dawns prophetic dreams,
Faith struggles to keep her alive & away from the vampires who are trying to ressurect an evil force from Buffys past.....and hes a vamp!!!!

I like the Idea of Taking Dawn out from her sisters wing, and i LOVE the idea of placing her in a large Metropolis, NYC is great, even London would be cool(London, you could have a slightly more Gothic Feel, i'd bet)
Also, the Idea of Eve. Now, i wasn't too keen on this woman, BUT i do believe she has potential with Dawn, kinda like a road to redemption~(isnt that the basics of this show!!!) but having them counce off each other.
I also like the idea of Dawn having gifts, though i think the idea of her being a Slayer is a bit blah, i mean there was a reason they didnt make her a potential, and surely, that spell would have awoken her if she was one.....but anywho, the idea of the Key essence being tranformed into a minor ability, why not(i mean i've totally diverted the Key biz in My Fanfic regarding Dawn).
I also like the idea of Faith sent to watch over her(Not Giles too though), i'd like that as a covert thing, so Dawn doesnt know......and am i right in assuming its the Master?....again, not bad, but i think we should have a foe ressurected that slightly more pertinent to Dawn.....i know Cliche, but what if Glory's essence instead of dissipated, found its way to another human soul, maybe a child........

ok....the parts i wasn't keen on.

The Dawn as a Slayer, just not really something i think we should see, i like the idea of her being separate from Buffy, yes they have the blood/sister connection, but transform her into a slayer and its gonna get blah....
Eve having Visions, i mean its set up the Visions are from the PTB's as a means to help the champion. Now, i said i like the idea of Eve being part of this, but i would prefer if she was more ambiguous in her loyalties....The Visions indicate she would be good, i would like to see her as a Gwen Character, working for herself, and the highestt bidder...so to speak.

Also, there are too many Characters.
Yes, have Faith, Eve and Rona(someone Dawns age), I would then add three characters of your own, new ones, locals.......two guys and a girl.
Giles could also be in it, but i would recommend him on the phoneline....not in person.

Cameo Spike as well.....maybe.

(trust me, i know about excessive Characters~it seems like a great idea when you start, but soon it becomes too big, and readers get restless....)

If you like my ideas, and would like some more input, feel free to PM me, if not, fine......its your story...at the end of the day write what you feel comfortable writing.

I'll have to take those changes into consideration. They do sound very much interesting, so now I am planning for the story and it should be postable in the new year!!!!! Any more ideas or thoughts, then please post.............

sounds good, the essence of glory going into a little kid was gold. that was a really good idea and i'd love to read it. you'd just have to right some excuse for the first being able to manifest Glory, but that wouldn't be hard. Anyway i'm looking forward to reading your fanfic. I think you should make a new character, a male slayer, instead of Rona. The backstory can be: Willow's spell (chosen) to make potenital's Slayers was passed on to a Slayer's son in NYC, but he isn't aware of his calling, and neither is the council (Buffy, Giles etc.) Lets call him Nick. Nick, shocked by his new found abilities goes almost everywhere to find an explanation, but cannot find one at any doctor, or any scientist. So he decides to try seeking his powers origin spiritually, through witces etc. It just so happens that Dawns buddy in NYC who works with her at a clothing shop is a Witch. While on the way to Anna's (the witch) house in the Bronx, Nick's attacked by a few vampires, He fights them and dusts all of them when Anna informs him how to kill them. Anna tells Nick that he's got Slayer's blood in his genes and it turns out Dawn would have too, if she hadnt have been the key... hey hey hey that's my idea but use it if you want.
