Sleepwalking ....

I sleep walk, and talk. But I have wicked insomnia. I can never sleep. and I always wake up...

I have had insomnia now for a fair few years. Since i was about 14, and im 17 now. It takes its toll... spesh with all the long college days and studying and stuff. I've been to the doctors about it but he says he can't help. Bit of a downer really.

Never sleepwalked... although i have been known to snack late at night when i've almost been dropping off. Chocolate on your pillow in the morning can be worrying! I may be a choco-holic!

Im not sure if thats what you were getting at. ha ha.

lol ive never seen anyone sleep walk before but one time apparently im told by my parents i was whistling in my sleep no memory of it tho

I don't have that kind of stuff myself (I guess/hope), I can only remember one single time when I was around 12 or so when I actually woke up while I standing in front of my wardrobe, frantically getting dressed to go to school - at 3 in the morning. 😀

My sister however did a lot of sleepwalking when she was little, and my father occasionally talked in his sleep - even sitting upright in the bed and holding political speeches. -.-

I usually have nightmares, sometimes scream in my sleep, and people tell me in the morning, but that's probably drug enduced.

But apparently when I was young, about 8, my mum said I she heard something in the livingroom at night, and she went in and put the light on and I was rocking on the rocking chair saying "Where's the house?", wee bit creepy, I don't sleepwalk anymore, not that I know of anyway.

I haven't sleepwalked since I was little. But I sometimes mumble and occasionally sing (Yeah, I'm weird). And I fall out of bed if I'm having a nightmare and wake up attacking the covers :lmao:

I just scream, no walking, no talking. But I sometimes I have the feeling I was yet awake when I screamed. But it's funny to hear people talk, my brother, Claire (a friend), my mum. I also saw once a reportage on tv that there was a man who was saying the weathernews for the next day in his sleep, but I don't know anymore if he was right about it 😀.

I often scream and say my darkest thoughts aloud, it is always annoying. Screaming often comes with nightmares and feeling of fear. I used to do sleepwalking, but somehow it just ended after i broke my leg 2times while sleepwalking

omg poor you, I never heard someone who broke his leg, than you really have a problem with sleepwalking :S, I feel sorry for you :(
I don't sleepwalk, never have, I do have wandering hands though.

I have always had trouble sleeping. I've been prescribed allsorts to get me to sleep. I hate swallowing pills though.

I think I'd rather only sleep a couple of hours a night and be fidegty all the time, than have to swallow pills every night and end up dying in a fire. Sleeping tablets make me dream the biggest load of crap, plus I always feel really dopey when I wake up.
