I have just had my PC returned after catching a virus and there is a little problem with my keyboard. If I want to get @ up I have to press that arrow button and 2. But when I press the button with ' and @ on it comes up as " (which is what should happen with the 2 problem). I've heard of this problem before can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Take it back to where you sent it to get fixed, when you gave it to them it didn't have that problem so you should not have it like that when its returned. It must have been something they have caused when fixing it, they have a duty to fix it.
You could try checking Region/Language options in Control Panel in Windows to make sure it has been set to UK English rather than US English.
