Small observation **Spoilers for UK Viewers

I found this cool observation on Dollhouse livejornal about Boyd and Saunders of episode 3

Remember when in the final episode Alpha attacks Whiskey (aka the later Claire Saunders) because Whiskey is the best, most popular doll?

I just translated a seemingly throwaway scene in ep 3, Stage Fright where Boyd and Dr. Saunders talk about Echo:

Boyd: DeWitt's a businesswoman. Is she really gonna harm her best Active?
Saunders: Echo wasn't always the best.

Boyd goes on to assume that she means Alpha, but could Saunders have a bit of a composite event herself?

Little things like these are what makes me love Joss so much.

That is so cool how you can tie things from the past with Whedon shows cause that's a great observation!
