The past two episodes have really suprised me. I loved Alicia and Clark together; they were a perfect combination.
Although I can't believe the writers had the nerve to kill off one of the few likeable characters. While I think Kristen is amazingly beautiful, I would rather have Alicia over Lana anyday.
 
Hey - there's that pesky Smallville idea again. I knew it was only a matter of time before you posted a thread about it, Comma! 😀😀

Unfortunately I'm only half way through the first season. So it'll be a while before I catch up properly. Loving it so far though. I'm gonna stay away from nasty spoilers.

I was miffed also. I haven't seen a lot of this season, mostly because I'm continually tired of the games of teen television, at least the non_Whedonesque variety. Many would suggest, at least, that Buffy, for example, is a teen drama... and it has certain accoutrements in common w/ the teen drama, not the least of which would be the painfully beautiful people pretending to be youngsters... However, it's just soooooo much better than that. I don't get miffed at the tragedy. Somehow, the way Whedon plants his plotlines, I don't feel robbed by a romantic parting or bad news. It just becomes more sumptuous.

Smallville is a lesser animal. :boring: I still get curious, but I, too, think they're none too bright when they'll eliminate the better characters, and w/o the same finesse that the Buffy or Angel series managed.

I just want Lex to finally be all Lex and for Supes to be Supes and for the whole debacle to just die... LOL! BTW, I'm not bitter. No. Not at all. :fighting1
 
Well they've only shown the first 2 episode's over here on E4 and what I've seen so far I've liked. Lois is a great addition to the cast, even though its not completely perminent, she is definately a fiesty character.

I was really suprised at the first episode. Chloe's is my favourite character (if you can't tell by my av 😉) and I was adamant that she was not gone. It helped that she was still in the opening credits, so I knew what they were saying wasn't actually true. (If that makes no sence, I'm trying not to spoil it for those who haven't seen it 😛)

I've read the spoilers (because I can't help myself 😀) And the storyline for Chloe is going to be great!!
I can't wait till she finds out Clark's secret...yay!!

I think this new season has been really good so far 🙂
