Smartphones

OK, so currently I have a Helio Ocean. My contract is up this summer, which I know is a ways away, but I'm already shopping for what I want to get next. I want to get a smartphone for sure, my Ocean has spoiled me.

So basically I was wondering if you guys had any and what you thought of them, and also if you know of any I don't.

When I think of them I usually only recall three specific phones:

-iPhone: I have friends who have iPhones and I *love* the design and think it's great, overall. However, currently they don't have that much space for all the music I have. If Apple releases the third generation by the time my contract is up and they have enough improvements I'd probably get it.

-Samsung Instinct - I think the Instinct looks really cool, but iPhone has cool apps and comparing side by side I don't think one definitely outshines the other.

-Blackberry Storm - Seems like a cool phone but I'm not a businessman, plus there's a hefty pricetag (I saw around $400) so I'd probably pass on this.

What other smartphones (esp with touch screens) do you guys know of, and do you have any recommendations?

I personaly dislike the Blackberrys my sister has one and i dont know...
Samsung sounds best one there.

I have an iPhone, and I love it. I remember I was very hesitant about getting one because I've heard some not so great things about them, but I think they are much better than any Blackberry (I had the Curve before switching). One question: what do you store your music on now?

well ive got the LG viewty and absolutely love it but you cant get that in the US (though mine worked on a US carrier when i was there). I'd put my vote in for the instict (which isnt availble in the UK else i would probably have one). I have a friend with the instinct and its a pretty sweet phone, and it seems it can do everything the iphone can do and more. GPS and sat-nav software and liveTV viewing, plus I love the voicemail how its a part of the phones message system and not a number you call.

I have a BlackBerry and I LOVE it. Seriously addicted to the thing. I know you said you're not a businessman, so what would you need a BlackBerry for, but neither am I and I still couldn't live without it. Plays music, BIG screen, I check my emails on it, text messages....just love it. I have an 8820 now, but I bought a Bold a couple days ago. Can't wait to get my sweaty hands on it, I hope it comes this weekend!

CotA, the bad thing is that iPhones are going for $199 now from AT&T (on an upgrade or new activation) so EVERYONE is getting them! I'm so tired of seeing iPhones, it's not even funny!
