Sarah Michelle Gellar needs to add little Charlotte to her payroll!
The actress' 2-year-old daughter with Freddie Prinze, Jr. served as her stylist for the 69th Annual Golden Globes, Gellar told E! News co-host Giuliana Rancic. The Ringer star turned heads in a Monique Lhuillier gown, Jimmy Choo heels and Bulgari jewelry.

"It's funny -- I didn't try on that many dresses. They had them all lined up and I was working all week and my 2-year-old walked in, walked up this dress and said, 'Mama, wear this!'" Gellar, 34, recalled. "So I put it on and said, 'OK!"

"She really went for it," Gellar added. "She chose the bag and shoes. I let her pick all of it."
Gellar flew solo on the red carpet, as Prinze, her love of nearly 12 years, decided to stay home and "watch football."

"When you're a couple and you come to these things, people always say, 'Oh it's date night!' And you're like, 'Well, this is the worst date night I can possibly think of!" Gellar said, adding that her ideal night out includes a shared meal at iHop.

Well that's a relief...because I really didn't like it haha. That's so cute. If my little sister picked out a dress that I wasn't too crazy about, I'd still wear it 😀 so now I understand her choice. Phew 😉
 
Honestly, I think it's stunning. I love it. I'd totally wear it. It's playful and great colors and unique and reminds me of the sea. I can't see what everyone is "ehhh"ing about, but that could just be me and my wacky style. 🙂

And the story is so cute too! Love it!
 
She seems very unpretentious, I love that. I think the dress is allright, I wouldn't have picked it out, but it's so adorable that she went with her daughters choice!

Hey, even if the dress is ugly, it's cute that she wore what Charlotte picked for her. And, hey, at least it got her noticed! 😉
 
I thought the dress was awful, looks like someone spilled ink on a white dress. The story is sweet though.

Yeah, that made me so mad! I mean, sure she might have been the "worst dressed" at the Globes but it's the sentiment behind it that actually gives her the "sweetest story" of the night, regarding gown choice. I mean so what if Charlize Theron had her stylist pick out a gorgeous Dolce and Gabbana gown? Why does she get more credit for that than SMG does for letting her daughter pick her gown and having that be more important to her than the opinion of any stylist?

But anyway, it all made me respect her even more!
 
Well the dress might not have been that great but the story is very cute and SMG is probably just saying "haters gonna hate" and smiling. 😛

She got a lot of attention though, and that's a good thing 🙂

Frak that, minorty rules. I love her dress, forget what people like Conan had to say. It doesn't matter what she's wearing, it's hard to turn my nose up to her. I just can't, you know?
