Call me crazy, but I've always found Sarah to be just incredibly, out-of-this-world hot. I've heard people say she got too skinny later on in Buffy, but to be honest I never noticed anything remotely like that. I actually thought she got hotter as the series went on, pretty much every season (even though I wasn't that into the short hair).
I've never seen her as super thin looking. She's always seemed really fit and athletic to me, especially in S7. Getting a little with the gushy here, but to me she's so pretty it's almost distracting.
But Sarah to me is just about perfect. Looks wise, she's everything I find attractive exemplified.
