SMG No longer attatched to "Alice"

I was looking forward to it too.
On the imdb it has her down as RUMORED to be part of "This side of the looking glass" in 2010. But, nothing else.

That's too bad. I thought she'd make a GREAT Alice.
 
yep yep sad aint it? she was supposed to be that star in star dust too, instead of the terminator 3 juliet woman.

come on SMG! you're too good for asian horror remakes pah!
 
She'd have made a GREAT Alice even if it was scary.
I just kept imagining the Buffybot type innocence with a kind of scarier setting than Sunnydale. She'd have been GREAT! And I don't really like her much as a general actress. But, that would have been fabulous!
 
Actually didnt mind the grudge I just brought it on dvd....well it was only 8 bucks so I guess that had something to do with it! lol. But yer that sounded like a really good role, much better than the crapiness that was Southland Tales blahhh...
 
Sarah seems to be more noticeable lately for the roles that she doesn't take (or get) than the ones she does. Understandably, she wants to show the world that she is more than just Buffy or the pretty girl who gets stabbed/devoured/possessed by the deranged serial killer/monster/evil spirit, but she has become typecast in those sorts of roles, and the only thing that is going to put an end to that is time, the way it did finally for Sean Connery (hopefully, she won't have to grow a beard and stop wearing a hairpiece the way he did)

To add another "didn't get" role to her list, I read somewhere that she had been interested in the role of the bride in "Kill Bill," but was beaten out by Thurman.

I'm actually glad about that Kill Bill thing if it's true.
Wasn't there a story about SMG owning the rights to this? I know it was posted here, because I linked to it from a thread.

Director Marcus Nispel (2003's The Texas Chainsaw Massacre)?? Is not that synonymous for bomb? and the THE bomb for all you hip cats out there.
