SMG returns to tv????

i'm praying as i'm sure most other fans are is it gonna be aired in the uk?

If not just get it on the net

Edit:

ohhh is it too much to hope one day they'll be a return of puns butt-kinking great charactors and great plots for a brilliant show??????? i'm begining to give up hope 🙁

I think there is more of a chance of George Bush being the opening act on Eminems new tour but denial land is a very nice place too!

I hope it's true. But Sarah prob wont do anything she isn't the star of. And I don't blame her. That means she definitely wouldn't do Dollhouse.

Anyways...hope it's all very, very true.

No way do I see her on Dollhouse, they didn't call her the Duchess for nothing!

I would like to see SMG as a cop. That way her martial arts training won't go to waste. I guess I got so used to seeing her as the strong slayer that I did not enjoy The Grudge and The Return where she was a victim.

I felt the same way for Eliza Dushku. When I watched Tru Calling, I had a headache because I wanted her to smack that pompous Priestley ( forgot his name there because I hated that character! lol). Of course tha wasn't going to happen because she was not a slayer there.

A weird thought just crossed my mind. It would be nice, at least for me, if SMG could work in the UK and be in Dr Who. Oh bliss! I was devastated when Billie Piper quit, but SMG would be a fine companion. She has the same sensitivity with BP as an actress.

SMG is such an underrated actress. She's still young and if only she were given the same chance as others who are not as good, she could win an Oscar as well. Her performance in The Body alone was superb. Wasn't it?

Even Alyson Hannigan is underrated. Anyway that's just me being totally biased because I love these girls and I am still hoping they would be more appreciated.

I suppose I'm a fan of SMG, and I'd check out a new show if she was in it.. but I'm much more of a Joss fan. Don't see her teaming up with him, but it would be nice.
And yeah she was amazing in episodes like The Body.. also Innocence and a few others. She was nominated for a golden globe for season 5, that was cool.

My friend just suggested this to me...SMG on Bones!!! Now that I would love to see!!!

smallville, nah! Bones would be far more interesting and a departure

Like smallville wasn't your plot to pair her with blondie bear!!! and anyway they wouldn't be Buffy and Angel on Bones so it doesn't count!

Okay, I'll agree to Bones if she's the murderer or kidnaps the title character so David has to kill her (sorta turnabout for her stabbing him at the end of Season 2.

I don't want her paired with either of those guys on a different show. That never works.

They try it all the time on soaps. It always sucks. No matter how much chemistry two actors have together, the characters count for more. If you put two characters together just to put two actors together, it usually turns out a disaster.

I want her to do something completely different. I liked her in that teeny bopper version of Dangerous Liaisons. That was pretty different. I'd like to see her play another literary role -- but maybe not a teeny bopper version. That would be different and challenging.

Jane Eyre? I still think she would be good in Grey's. Then again who knows!

One role that I would love to see her play is Nancy from Oliver Twist. She might be a little too old (and American) for that role now, though.

Nancy always sort of captured my imagination, so it makes sense that I'd like to see SMG play her. Nothing in life ever came easy for Nancy. I mean, she was a child thief and a teen prostitute with an abusive boyfriend. The boyfriend eventually murdered her, actually. She was also the only character in the book (besides Oliver) to move between the worlds of "good" and "bad." Even more significant, she was the only one to do so by choice and in spite of (rather than because of) birth. In the end, she died (horribly -- when I was a teen, I wouldn't loan my little sister the book because the death scene was so gruesome) for trying to do the right thing. Nancy was a complex and wonderful character who is seldom given much of a role in film adaptations. I think a star with a following like SMG's could really do something to make that role shine on the screen like it does in the book.

That's a really interesting idea. Nancy was my favourite character too, she was so strong and so weak, I just felt for her. I can't imagine SMG with a common Cockney accent though and the age thing is an issue too. I think I'd like to see her in something set during the forties. It's hard to come across a wartime movie though that doesn't go the way of pearl harbour.

Whatever it is she needs to be a tough in charge character. That's what I love about Sarah. (not the only thing tho) and I think she would be amazing as an authority figure of some sort. I don't know how I feel about cop tho.
Not with 'Angel' on Bones and not with 'Spike' on Smallville. Something more like...Buffy 2, haha kidding. I just want to see her take charge. She's so cute when she takes charge.

Hmm, that's what made me think of Nancy. I don't want her in a take-charge role. I want to see her as a submissive, downtrodden character who is still complex and interesting and still has a mind of her own. I've seen SMG do the authority thing. I want to see her do something different. I never saw her on soaps (I never watched that one), so I've only seen her play a cartoony and daft crime fighter, (in Scooby Doo) a superhero evildoer fighter, and the dominant and manipulative Marquise de Merteuil (or whatever the American teeny bopper name for her was). It doesn't have to be Nancy, but I want to see her play something that puts her on the other side of the good/evil thing as well as on the other side of the power dynamic.

Something set in the 40s would be good. I'm having a hard time coming up with anything, though. You're right about the Pearl Harbor effect, Keanoite.
