So.. from the other thread.. rumors abound that Sarah Michelle Gellar is a grumpy cat. I have found the reason why! This woman hasn't smiled in 40 years to avoid wrinkles. Sarah is just practicing the latest anti-aging techniques.

That is just....weird. What ever floats her boat I guess, but me, I'll be much happier smiling and being all wrinkly.

Haha! I did hear about that lady on the radio this morning. That's pretty crazy. But if it works for her then whatever. SMG smiles a lot though, I don't think she's worried about wrinkles. I like to smile and make people laugh so that wouldn't work for me, but that's why they make that anti-aging cream. lol. Not sure if that works.

I doubt if its true- SMG is beautiful when she smiles. Also, if you don't smile, and eventually get older, the wrinkles on your face show that you grumpy your whole life!

So smile people, so you won't end up scaring children when your a little old lady/man. 😉

The only health technique that SMG does that I know of is drink lots of (bottled) water- she always has one nearby. Water is great for all sorts of things; Keeps you hydrated, healthy, reduces your appetite, leaves you with more energy and improves your skin tone.

Whether true or not, I could easily understand Sarah's desire to remain as wrinkle free as possible. There are almost no decent roles, either in movies or TV for middle aged women, and the ones that are available go to the more well established actors like Sandra Bullock and a few others. Sarah has to either look younger than she actually is, or she doesn't work. Not that she's been super busy lately, of course.

Drinking lots of water is like the only healthy thing I do. I don't drink soda. I actually have pretty good skin and people ask why, I just tell them drink a lot of water every day. It does not curb my appetite though. But if people want to stay looking young, just exercise and eat healthy. Not smiling is just creepy. And I agree SMG has a great smile.
