I guess this was one of the best episodes of the hole season or? I think it was written by a genius. 😀 Unfortunately the puppets reminded me so much on Sesam-street and the muppet show which I used to watch as child. Everytime I see such a puppet I have to think about the Angel-version of such a show. 😀
But this was not the main reason for the topic I just wanted to say that these three guys have something in commonn:

Solution: The German synchron-voice was always the same! Firstly I thought why Oz was a puppet now? 😀 It was quite funny to watch because I always thought that Oz will out hisself as the evil-puppet out of several reasons.
Had you similar experience with the show that confused you? Or just opinions to smile time?
 
I'm not a big fan of "Smile Time"... The Puppet Angel storyline is hilarious but I am really bothered by the pedophiliac undertones in this episode, so I can't watch it very often.
 
Anybody else love "Smile Time"?

It's probably my favorite episode of Season 5 after "Hell Bound", and "Unleashed"
 
Of course, look at my username! Not only is it one of my favourite ATS season 5 episodes, but one of my top 10 favourite Buffyverse episodes. It has funny Angel / Spike banter, Fresley kisses, ''demon side'' of puppet angel, a creepy opening, well written script, it gets all the humour out of the concept without an overkill. I can gush on for ages... but this episode makes me so happy (yet there is added melancholy when you consider A Hole In The World is the next episode). a very fun episode.

Thinking of humorous episodes, I like Smile Time quite a bit, but I think I might like Life of the Party a little more.

Now, when it comes to overall in the season? Uh... I have no freaking idea. I finished the series less than a week ago and haven't had the time to fully process the episodes yet.
