Believe me, Dan, I was SO nervous. I considered skipping it, but then realized that it might be my only chance to ever meet James, so I sucked it up. I waited in line for a while, then asked his assistant if I could just say "hi" because I couldn't afford an autograph. She said it was against the rules, but she'd let me go it anyway as long as I wasn't holding up the line.

Oh, wow...you're so lucky!!! I wish I could meet some Buffy star someday...maybe when they promote their movies in Italy..anyway, about the fog that surrounds us when we meet our idols...it's unbelievable..I remember I met Taylor Swift and she signed my cd but I have no idea of the moment she did it, I can't even remember her face very well...it's the adrenaline and emotions that freak us out...It happens everytime! LOL

Looking forward to the review and it was smart thinking that you might not get another chance, you were right to just go for it.

With these things it can go 1 of 2 ways. Either the person you speak to is horrible or you end up being more of a fan than before you met them. Glad to see it was the latter with you and James.🙂

Um, I can't believe I didn't know it was here until after it was over...what is the Con like? I've never been to one, but if he comes next year, I will definitely go. Is it crazy packed full of people? What do autographs cost?
 
Um, I've only just seen this thread, so I apologize for the lateness but..

I may cry onto my keyboard while writing this, however - don't mention meeting James again. Ever.

james always seems so nice in interviews and he's such a great actor! 🙂
