Season 6, well tragic. From Willow weeping at the end of ''Grave'' to Anya walking down the aisle in ''Hell's Bells''... a lot of moments in this season that are make me and others feel so torn.

The first that comes to mind is when Willow goes reckless with her addiction and hurts Dawn, which ends in Dawn hitting Willow out of hurt. I can't stop thinking about Willow in season one with her jumpsuits and her spells that helped. It was heartbreaking also at the realisation on how addiction can be so devastating. I felt really sorry for Dawn , considering this happened on a night where they were supposed to watch a ''movie'' and she must have felt betrayed.

So how about you?

There are a few, but the very first one that jumps to mind for me is the two-part season opener, not long after Buffy has been resurrected, when she goes to the crane she charged off in "The Gift" and just stands there, and for all purposes it looks literally like the end of the world for her. That scene just breaks my heart.

When Spike talks to Buffy about how he imagined being faster or more clever and that every night after her death he saved her, it broke my heart, Afterlife is one of my favourite episodes of the season.

The scene where Buffy is crying to Tara to tell her that she came back wrong. But there were many moments in S6 where my heart basically shattered

Willow and Taras break upout of all the relationships there felt the most real and its hard for me to watch it fall apart because of how relistic it is

Hard to say, but I think it's when Dawn finds Tara's body and later on when Buffy finds them both in the room and Dawn tells her that she didn't want to leave Tara alone. Gosh that just breaks my heart each time.

Yeah this is pretty much the only time I truly felt sorry for Dawn
Season 6 is heartbreaking all together. That season was filled with tear worthy scenes. The one that really gets me though every time is after the car accident with Dawn, watching Willow beg for help. I still get sad and tear up at the other more obvious scenes, but that scene always shocks me.
When you look at where Willow started and see where she has gone and then suddenly she is helpless and terrified, not by a monster but herself. It is a scary, yet heart breaking scene at the same time. Especially since it takes ALOT for people to reach a point to where they can no longer help themselves and then actually ask for outside help. 🙁

"I just feel weird feeling bad that my friend's not dead."

It's always the little things that get to me. That line from Tabula Rasa hits me really hard when I hear it.

OMWF After Buffy tells the gang that she thinks she was in heaven, the horror look on Scoobie Gang realizing what they actually did to their friend gets me every time. And for me is so relatable, to truly believe that you did something good only to realize that it was something terrible (of course if you have the power to admit that to yourself)

Totally agree. That would be super crushing to realize you hurt someone you love by trying to help. Ugh! So sad!

love the fact you you know the shooting code

Yep. Either that or her breakdown at the end of Wrecked. I don't think the Scoobies have ever seen her that devastated.

That is the exact moment I referred to as well, so sad :(
When Buffy confided in Tara and cried to her.
When Buffy hugged Tara at her birthday party.

These moments were very heartfelt to me because of Tara. She was always just "there" or just viewed as Willow's girlfriend. I never felt like she was fully integrated into the group. Buffy confiding in Tara was beautiful and the hug at the birthday party was just the best moment for the character. Her character was finally getting recognition from someone else other than Dawn and Willow.

For me, it's always the part where Willow collapses into Xander's arms in "Grave". Her tears are so raw and emotional, and it never fails to bring me to tears, myself.

Yes great stuff from Alyson

Alyson really shined in season 6. Particularly in "Grave"
S6 is very Willow centric and she has some of the best chracter devlopent ever her heartbreaks and hardships(most she brings on herself I admit) are played very well by Alyson one of the reasons S6 is my favorite season.

When Tara was shot. That was heartbreaking. With Willow crying and everything. I wasn't so much worried about Buffy being shot because I figured she'd come back.

I thought I'd never feel this way

I'm not a big fan of Anya but seeing her left at the alter I will admit I felt sorry for her. First Xander breaks Cordelia's heart and now Anya's.
DAMN YOU XANDER!!!

There's so many moments in s6 that just broke my heart, which is why it's my favorite season, I'll have to go with when Tara is shot and Willow break down, it just completely split my heart in half. Everyone knows that Tara is my favorite, and at that moment I felt like someone very close had just died.

Second would be Willow's breakdown after the Dawn accident and when Spike tells Buffy earlier on about saving her every night after she had died, and how he would have been more clever and faster.

Giles leaving was also pretty sad, the whole song Goodbye to you made me a bit teary.

Oh and at the end of Tabula Rasa when Xander steps on the crystal, that first maybe five seconds where Tara realizes what has happened, very sad.

Ok, I'll stop now.

Xander's speech at the end of 'Grave' for sure.

"The first day of kindergarten you cried because you broke the yellow crayon and you were too afraid to tell anyone. You've come pretty far, ending the world, not a terrific notion, but the thing is, yeah, I love you. I loved crayon-breaking Willow and I love scary veiny Willow. So if I'm going out it's here. If you wanna kill the world, well then start with me. I've earned that."

Willow - "You think I won't."

"It doesn't matter. I'll still love you."
