That "F**k You" song. Dumb as it sounds, it might actually be the first step in getting over my ex.
 
Found out today that I have reason to visit UCLA soon, and that means I get to see most of the spots where they filmed "UC Sunnydale". Hahaha. 😀
 
I just got home from a wonderful day with my friends. We went to the art museum, which was awesome... we played Apples to Apples, which was awesome... we played Life, which was awesome... I won for the first time ever, which was awesome... We watched Megamind, which was AWESOME. Fun stuff.
 
I'm listening to 'Buffy Between the Lines'. If you haven't listened to this podcast...you HAVE to! It's so hilarious. Especially this episode, which is a special episode with a narrator and some hilarious stuff in it. AHHH!

Find it on iTunes...but since I don't think you have that 😛 owing to your dislike of Apple or something. You can just search in google 'Buffy Between the Lines' for the website.

it's an audio drama...and it's pretty great. I mean, sometimes the voice actors aren't amazing but it's a fan acted, fan written drama that a lot of time has gone into. It ties together a lot of things too. Season 1 is set between seasons 5 and 6 and Season Two is set between seasons 2 and 3.

Where can I find this hysterical podcast
My littlest is house-bound with a cold (yes, AGAIN, to those in the know), so I bought a dvd with "Scooby-Doo" to provide some entertainment. Instant success.

Seeing a good friend of mine whom I haven't seen in a while. I feel so proud of her. She's come so far and she's so grounded and happy now. It makes me really happy to see her so at peace! 🙂
 
I have a big test this week in school about non religious ideologies, I've been studying a lot on it and I know it pretty well now, so I feel really good about it!
 
So at work today, two very awesome and amazing things happened.

1.A gentleman came in looking to rent the movie Malcolm X. I checked to see if we had it and of course we didn't. I told him that the store on the other side of town did have it and that I would call them to have them hold it for him. I did that and then we just started talking about great films and about the movie industry. Then he proceeded to ask me where I 'm from, and I told him RI. HE KNOWS RI!!! We started talking about everything I grew up around in RI and it felt amazing! No one likes to talk to me about my hometown. Anyways, later, as he was leaving, he asked for the corporate phone number. I was like "Oh crap what did I do wrong?" I gave him the number and he called it right then and there and told them about his visit, and how i should be promoted and that I was the only employee that he has ever had a pleasurable experience with as a customer at any Blockbuster in 13 years. He also told them to give me a raise lol It made my day so much better

2. A young lady came in, had to be around 25 yrs old. Anyways, she sees me and immediately asks "Where can I find films that an actress by the name of Amber Benson has starred in"

My mouth dropped. LOL I started talking to her about Amber Benson and my undying love for her and it was awesome to show my fangirl side to another fan who totally appreciates her work! It was awesome 😀😀

I got a job, I got a job! I am a fulltime student, but I recently moved and my rent is really high, so I've been worried about 1. Not being able to afford trips to my husband anymore and 2. Not being able to pay rent and other bills in the summer. Well, I just got a job I'm going to work extra om during my semesters and fulltime on in the summer. I'm so happy, this is such a weight of my shoulders! Yay!

Awesome people on tumblr!! Yesterday morning I woke up to the nasty anon but this morning I got an awesome message telling me to ignore the anon cause I'm awesome aww <33 😀😀
 
I went thrift shopping and found the most awesome dress ever for $4. Woot! 😀 I also found a Buffy book in one store and the guy gave it to me for free! Double woot! 😀 😀
 
I had my oral exam in English, and I got 5,5.

My teacher asked my what I want to study, and I said psychology. She replied, 'Really? I think you should totally study English.'

So that made me happy, because it came from a person I respect and admire a lot.

And the days are already getting longer. As much as I hate summer, I like the daily light, it makes me feel good and energetic.
 
I bought 5 books today, two at normal retail price and three at £1.99, which is amazing! I've been going to that shop more and more recently and they have amazing bargains. Although I have about 10 books to read at the moment 😀
