Anyone see the eclipse? Due to work circumstances I ended up being at home and got to experience it, though it wasn't a total eclipse it was very eerie when it got so suddenly dark. Lucky to have seen it at all considering I'm in the cloudiest country ever...

Great pictures Bluebird! No had no idea about this. Which country do you live in? Gets me thinking about the best use of eclipses in films, the best example I can think of is in Dolores Claiborne.

Thanks! I'm in Scotland, the land of grey skies and downpours. I missed the last eclipse because of clouds and back then there was no fancy phones to quickly take a snap. 😀

I saw the very start of it, but was busy during the rest of it, so missed it, although it was cloudy when I was able to look

It was just very cloudy here so sadly there wasn't much to see.

Thanks Bluebird! I was all excited a while back when I first found out about the eclipse, then all sad cos I wasnt going to be able to view it on this side of the world. So yay! I get to see pics at least.

I saw it. Magnificent! Not one cloud in the sky. It was great.

I saw the one in 1999, but I was very young and barely remember it.

This is so cool! I'm so jealous! I've never seen one! And too bad the super moon won't be seen either because it's a new moon tonight.
