Someone please help!

I've just started watching Angel and through the last couple of episodes there are these people who I cant figure out who (or what. lol) they are. They are always spying on Angel through cameras.

I think I picked one of their names up as Lila Morgan. Then there's a chinese (japenese?) man and some other guy with grey hair and in the lastest ep Angel told him that he was Connor's godfather and sliced his cheek.

And then there's some guy with green skin, though he's on Angel's side (I think)

Who are these people? Really confused here.

BTW, the latest ep for me is at the beginnning of the season somewhere because I live in Australia and it airs alot later then most places.

green thing is known as host/lorne friend of angel

The wolfram & hart guy is Gavin (they're lawyers for evil)

The guy with the gray hair is with Wolfram And Hart, the evil law firm, too. But I don't know his name.
Lorne (the green guy, aka The Host) is on Angels side, he used to own a demon karaoke bar until it blew up, and now he lives with Angel.
Lilah Morgan and Gavin Park (the chinese guy) work for Wolfram and Hart, too.
