Something I always wished we could have seen Tara do...

Xander may have had the unofficial title of "Demon Magnet", but let's face it - whenever there were demons on the U.C. Sunnydale campus, Tara was there and had to run. And run....And run some more. Once she hit one with a magical dust swirl, though. That was nice.

That must have been something of a 'running' (pardon the pun) gag, but one thing I wished would've happened was to have Tara turn around, knock whatever demon was chasing her senseless, and make some kind of one-liner on that like "I thought Xander was the demon magnet?", or "dammit not again!" (but in an annoyed way, not a scared way) or something...just something to make light of it.

I think they missed a potentially very funny opportunity to twist that whole thing around, or maybe even have Tara chase the demon once, maybe with an ax yelling "see how YOU like it!".

Yeah, that would've been pretty sweet to see. 🙂

...and I'm done.

(says nothing, just smiles)

Most talk about Tara seems to be wrapped up in what happened to her (Warren), or when she had to leave Willow until stuff (the addiction) was worked out, and I just thought well, what about the lighter side, which we didn't see very much of?

I find it funny that it wasn't really noticed before that she was always being chased by demons, since that was the first thing I ever noticed about her. Guess my mind went elsewhere too... 😉

LOL *has a very naughty mind, can't help it, is glad somebody is gets it* ;) hehe
I always loved watching the beginning of Bargaining when she's running after a vampire, so badass of her. Loved it. Yeah, I really hate watching that part in Superstar when she gets chased, felt bad for her. More Tara gags would've been nice, for sure.

I love the moment where Tara wielded the axe and axe-d the demon that was messing with Willow! Super cute.

I kinda forgot she was such a demon magnet, in the end she was killed by a human, so it's easy to forget.

And yes, my mind also wandered to a sad, scary, kinky place when I saw the title.

My mind went right back to the end of OMWF and thought they would finish "the song" 🙂

I loved it when Tara staked her first and only vampire. It was like adrenaline through my veins lol

But I most definitely would have loved to have seen her do some more damage. I think that after her and Willow's break up it would have been more fitting to see her do something like that. ya know what i mean?

Definitely, I loved seeing Willow and Tara together, but I really loved seeing Tara after they broke up. For the first time we see just how strong Tara has become. She's so mature, level headed, cute and funny. It would have been great to see her independence through a vamp kill.

Yes! You would think that her learning experience being with Willow and her bad magicks would have toughened her up a bit more. I think that's exactly what the writers forgot to emphasize. If she was able to say no to Willow, and walk away from her magicks, why wouldn't we able to catch Tara on a bad day totally dusting a vamp?

I could just imagine a demon using magicks on Tara and her just being like "Oh great not you too!" and totally just knocking him down.

zobothehobo agrees: Your mind went somewhere nasty too?! God I swear, if it wasn't for the gutter, my mind would be homeless.

Hahahaha... I'm so glad I'm not the only one! (Not that I thought I was buuuuut, good thing you guys can admit it too! 😉 )

That would be freaking perfect!!!!! hahahahahaha... aw, man, Tara like that would just be freaking perfect! I love the way you think! 😀

Tara shouldn't have died. I believe she'd do that if she was around longer. I loved when she used magic in Bargaining. That one when she freed Anya from a Hellion. And also, that tinkerbell spell. The light looks more beautiful than Willow's magicks, IMO. 😀

We should have seen a lighter, funnier side to Tara. I think she should have had more lines aswell. and the demon magnet thing would have been funny! 🙂
