Why did she regularly boink Angelus? I understand that she hasn't got a soul but she obviously understood that he hurt her. : erm :
 
Because she got off on it... She was warped in the head after what he did to her, and the demon in her loved what he did and thought it was sexy.

totally. i mean Dru is delightfully insane so there's not always a logical reason to her thoughts/actions.
I think that's a question for people who profile serial rapists/murderers and study victims of rape/torture. But we can guess.

I've seen a few crime shows in my day, and according to them, it's possible to break a person the way Angelus did Dru. Soul or no soul, it's not uncommon that victims turn into predators, and that people who are broken grow attached to the people who hurt them. The victims learn to love the people who hurt them. And for Drusilla, a person who even as a vampire wants family, Angelus was the only thing left for her. My guess is that she now believes that Angelus is the only family she can have, and that he hurts her because he cares. Or maybe she knows he truly doesn't give a damn, but she wants him anyway. Maybe she's addicted to the abuse by now, maybe she needs him to hurt her.

In What's My Line, when she's torturing Angel, I always wondered if she faked her pain over her dead family. I think that she still hates Angelus for what he did to her family, but she can't ever become someone we could call "healthy".

So she boinks Angelus because she's a vampire with needs, and because he's family.

Maybe she even thinks she belongs to him, because she's filthy?When she was alive, she was a outcast, tortured by her visions. Maybe she still thinksshe deserves to be punished, and that's another reason she wants to be with him? Even tough she's evil, that doesn't mean she still thinks she's worth something?

She's insane, so who knows how she works?

Yes, I think that it was implied that she liked Angelus more then Spike. Her interest in him was always a source of jealousy on Spike's part. Think back to the conversation the two had while fighting in 'Destiny' and the flash-backs in which Spike walked in on Angelus having at it with Drusilla and she wasn't the least bit guilty.

Why did she regularily sleep with Angelus? Because she's insane? lol
 
Well, she already has a connection with him because he's her sire. Not to mention, Dru was one of Angelus' "masterpeices" so maybe she feels special? Also according to the way Spike talked, it seemed as if Dru was just - as Buffy put it - "a big ho" in general 😛
 
Yeah, I think it's to do with the fact the demon in her doesn't care that she was hurt. Soulless Dru still remembers what Angelus did to her, but then she wouldn't be who she is without him. The demon part of her would be thankful in a way.

Along with the points brought up here. The insanity, her connection to Angelus (even with his torment of her).

Part of it I'm sure was to get a rise out of spike. Because I think she loved knowing she could make spike (or angelus at times even) crazily jealous.

In the case of her with Angelus that jealously it caused in spike could reaffirm Dru's belief that spike loved her etc.
