Does anyohne know the name of the song that played at the end of the Longest Day?!

I vaguely remember the lyrics containing "move on" and "not your fault" so I googled and this is what I came up with:

It MIGHT be Cannot Stop the World by Home Grown...or
3 Months to a Lifetime by Punchline. Both seem to fit, but I think it's the first?!

If someone with music downloading capabilities could verify this for me it would be greatly appreciated! I really liked the song too 🙂

Hey...none of the songs I mentioned are it.

I went to http://tru-calling.2ya.com/ and they have the song listed as:
"One of these days" by Gloria
When I went there this morning it wasn't up yet!?!
