The very beginning of this sort of reminds me of Tillow...but the song as whole totally makes me think of Spuffy.

It's from the episode Dead Things, the very beginning starts at the very end of the scene when Tara tells Willow that she's happy she's doing better, outside the magic box. Then Tara leaves and Willow's just standing there when the music kicks in. That little moment always makes me feel so sad. I think about how crappy everything is that season, I mean for the characters. The rest of the song plays when Buffy is walking through the cemetery and she goes up to the door of Spike's crypt. He can feel her presence from the other side of it, but when he opens the door she's gone.

I don't even like that episode that much...but I loved those moments. It doesn't have to do with the lyrics (to be honest I haven't bothered to look them up), it just worked really well in the scene. The feeling of the song worked, if that makes sense.

It totally makes sense. The feel of the song is perfect. Though the words are pretty fitting as well. As a whole, I love it.
So I was listening to Snow Patrol and one track "Make This Go On Forever" was so Spuffy I almost couldn't take it.
