I’m not a big Sonic fan nowadays, but this looks awful. Trailer isn’t as bad as I thought it would be, though.

Yup, the most enjoyable part of watching that trailer was using the off click!

Is Sonic still relevant? Like, at least the TMNT have always had current content, to keep kids in the know. I imagine it's just for parents to take kids, now that the kids who played Sonic are parents.

Even though I loathe Jim Carrey I would probably end up rooting for him to make Sonic roadkill if I ever bothered to watch this.

So many recognizable actors in this, obviously valuing a paycheck for than their self-respect.

Ha! You're not alone. I just can't deal with Jim Carrey. He's not funny. (Except that one time he did a Vanilla Ice impression on In Living Color. THAT was hilarious)

I'm not sure how I feel about this. On the one hand, I think it looks terrible. The Sonic character looks weird and I don't like Jim Carey in the trailer at all. But, this could have been (or could still be) similar to the Detective Pikachu movie. Pikachu looks adorable in that trailer, and here I find Sonic to be...not adorable. Also the trailer doesn't show really any of the world building that I like in the Detective Pikachu trailer. So, I probably won't see this on in theaters.

ha ha ha. Um, no. Just...no. People in Hollywood have officially run out of ideas. The trailer looks about as bad as that super mario movie from the 90's.

I betcha everyone I know my age in real life will go see this. They see anything like this. Good idea for a quick easy buck for the film makers.

So apparently they will now change the design. I can't be the only thinking this was an elaborate marketing plan to get people talking about the movie.
