Which of Willow's relationships did you prefer? Willow and Oz or Willow and Tara, or are you a Willow and Kennedy shipper?

Difficult. I really love Willow and Oz and Willow and Tara equally. I find them both to be the right partner for Willow at the right time, New Moon Rising could've gone either way for me, though I'm glad we continued with Willow and Tara.
I'm not too invested in Willow/Kennedy.
Didn't Joss say something to the effect that Willow and Kennedy happened because he wanted one of the Scoobies to be in a happy relationship at the end of the show? That's kind of my problem with it, it doesn't feel as organic as the other two, it doesn't build up in a satisfying way for me to get invested. It mostly feels like the writers went "who can we pair Willow up with out of these girls? Eeny meeny miny moe... Kennedy it is!"
And it isn't taken too seriously by the show, it's a bit of a laugh to get to have Willow go "oh my girlfriend's got a pierced tongue", but while cute it isn't much to invest in as a viewer. And while it is good that The Killer in Me deals with Willow's trauma and guilt about moving on, it still doesn't give me much of a feeling for the pairing itself. It is more about Willow than about Willow and Kennedy.

This was a tough one, because while I love Willow and Tara, it's mostly because Tara is so sweet and emotionally intelligent. They are great together for a while, but Willow performing magical memory erasures is obviously abusive.
On the other hand, I felt like Oz treated Willow like a kid a little bit, so it also wasn't quite evenly matched. In the end, I voted for Tillow, because I just liked them better as a couple.
I'll be interested to see if anyone votes for Kennedy! Not only didn't we invest in that ship, as @Taake said, but I felt like Kennedy was sexually harassing Willow at the beginning of their acquaintance.

Y’all are making me choose, it’s mean. I loved Willow with both Oz and Tara. She had two completely different relationships with each and both she really needed at that time in her life. I love her with both, so I am split lol.
I also think Oz is just so cute when he is angry and Tara is just so adorable when she is shy.

For what you said about what Joss said, then why not have Xander and Anya be happy? I mean, Joss was mean enough to Willow by killing off Tara only to FORCE her in another relationship when she is clearly still not over Tara. I don’t think that’s healthy or the right decision for her.

No argument from me on the Anya and Xander front. I mean, that was an established relationship, not a new one forced on someone.
Does when you started watching make a difference to who you prefer? If you watched from the beginning do you prefer Oz, if you started in the middle of the show do you prefer Tara?

I prefer Willow/Oz, though Willow and Tara were also really cute.
On the 'this is an actual argument' side, I find Willow/Tara’s issues in S6 were bigger than Willow/Oz's were, and I tend to like Willow more as a character during the seasons they were together

Tara was a more interesting character after she broke up with Willow. Oz was part of the high school years, which I greatly prefer, and the less disappointing parts of season 4.

I started at the beginning, but prefer Tillow. I did really like Woz, though, when it was going.

I really love both of these couples and they are my two favourites in the show. In the end though, I had to go with Willow and Tara. Oz (who I adore) did feel like some dream guy who came along and finally saw Willow for who she really was and the two of them fell madly in love. Something about it felt a little too perfect, like it was a fairytale romance. Willow and Tara just felt more real and grounded and it was beautifull to watch the two of them try to build a life together. I am still not over Tara's death!

I think, as with most relationships in the series, when each pair was together, it was the right time, so for the Willow we knew in the first half of the series, Oz. If she stayed the same throughout, it would still be Oz. But, as Willow hits the second half of the series, Tara is best for her. I don't remember all that much about Willow & Kennedy.

Willow and Tara had a beautiful relationship and connection.
But for me her pairing with Oz is the one I love the most. Really a shame Seth exited the series. Would've liked to have seen how their relationship may have progressed.

Zero chemistry, felt like a forced relationship on the show. Couldn't stand Kennedy as an individual character either.

I went with Willow/Oz, I like the Willow/Tara relationship but felt Oz was a deeper character, he connected with the group better and was always more than just Willow's parter, whereas up until season 6 really I didn't see that with Tara.
