Spike Crying? - Whats My Line Pt2

I was watching this ep the other day, and noticed that it looks like Spike sounded and looked like he was about to cry in one scene.

Its the scene where he has come to collect Angel from Dru and Angel taunts Spike.

Has anyone else noticed this before?

Didn't notice anything about him nearly crying. Extremely pissed off to the point of wanting to put a stake through Angel's heart, yep! But not crying! 🙂

Well yeah theres the whole peed off bit, but has anyone noticed that when you dont want to cry you voice goes a bit funny, a little bit high pitched? Well his voice sorta went like that. Also his eyes were really shiny. Put those two together and it looks like he is about to cry.

Again, that is the same thing you do when you are about to really lose your temper. Spike was on the edge of really letting loose on Angel at that point. It was an anger thing, as far as i could see. The scene in no way called for Spike to be emotionally effected by what Angel was saying so i tend to go with the fact he was just incredibly pissed off.

Yeah I agree (I tried to agree but got "you have to spread some reputation around" lol).

I think Spike was on the verge of exploding, less on the verge of crying. He was seriously mad at Buffy, Angel & Co for ruining his plans. And Spike has been known to have a short temper!

Well, except that one time.. and that other one time..and that other one time, but he had damn good reasons.

Running out of whisky is just horrible.
