Spike In Smashed

ok so i was flicking through the channels today and smashed was on and i think i've noticed a mistake

how did spike manage to get into the trio's lair/basement???

he just pulled open the door and walked in with no invite...

so how can this be was it something that was just forgotten about or have i missed/forgotten something bearing in mind i was channel hoping at the time

plus the in the script andrew says dudes i think thats spike so this kinda made me think, he deffo hasn't been there before so hasn't got that all important thing called an invite

the trio were awesomes though when spike was threatening there boba fett figure lolz

what do you all think?or have i missed something? 😛

Was it Warrens house? Didnt spike go to Warrens house in s5? Thats just what I figured. Im probably wrong though.
