Spike's Crypt

Although I am not complaining that two of my favorite male characters are now living together, I was just wondering....what happened to Spike's Crypt?? Last episode of last season, the upstairs was still fully intact (although after the explosion the "downstairs" is questionable) and being looked after by Clem!!

I just think that the plot twist is a bit far-fetched due to the whole Spike/Zander history...😕

the crypt must have been destroyed somehow

and spike and xander living together doesn't really make any sense, but since it is funny it doesn't matter.

If the crypt is destroyed like we all think - then where is poor Clem? He was one of Spike's best demon buds and he was neat. Seems they would at least acknowledge it if Clem was also destroyed.

Sorry - I really like Clem - the whole "So Dawn, do you like Parcheesi?" scene cracked me up.

If the crypt does still exist, it wouldn't be hard to imagine some *bigger*, *meaner* demons evicting poor Clem...

My interpretation is Clem is still around. In Same Time Same Place, when Willow tells Buffy meditating helps grow skin, Buffy quips, then Clem should really cut back. Joss does a lot of foreshadowing, and hinting, but I don't think this is one of those times. I felt like the message was, he's around, he's in the Scooby's life, he'll show up when he there's a story.
