Spike's Drugged Blood Pack

That's pretty interesting. I have no idea what he could've done with it, because I don't think he trained him self not to pass out. How exactly would one do that?

But I find it even weirder that Spike can hurt the prison guard.
I think it's also pretty odd that you can drug demons after all...
 
I think it's definitely possible that Spike drank it and somehow avoided being poisoned. Spike is crafty. He's creative in finding ways to survive. He also has a high tolerance for pain. Maybe the guards underestimated Spike, and there wasn't enough poison in the blood to properly knock him out.
