Hi Everyone.

Im not sure if I'm posting this in the right section but here goes

I'm looking for a near replica of spikes coat. I think it looks awesome and would love one thats as similar as possible. ive tried google to no avail so I turn to you Buffy fans. does anyone know where i could get one? r what kind of make or style it is ?

Also, I read in a Marsters interview that when they bought new coat(s), they took a truck or something and drove over the coat, to make it look "worn".

I don't suggest doing that tough, just a fun fact.

I'm not sure specifically where to go, but as far as I remember that type of coat was at least down to his calves, or longer. If that is what you want please don't make do with knee length coats.
What you could do is contact ( internet e-mails) the various film companies like Screen Gems (Underworld) where the star wears a similar type of coat.
Dependant on which part of England you live in, you could try the costumes departments for the TV stations - serials/ series. If they cannot help you they will know the places to look.
One such type of place is a costume hire place, which are available in most towns. (They occasionally sell items.)
 
Just had a completely genius idea. A couple of years back I went to a local motorcycle show / festival thing. The place was crawling with hells angels type characters and there were a lot of people selling leather jackets, a lot of them used so you would get that worn look. The one I went to was The Hereford Motorcycle Show (i think). You could try going there or to a similar vintage motorcycle thing.

He'd be better off going to an M/c do for Vintage M/c's as they wore long leather coats then. Modern folk wear waist length leather jackets.
Yeah Illyrian is right, i think it was a vintage m/c thing I went to, certainly were a lot of long leather jackets there. Modern m/c jackets are more like the one that the italian lady gives Angel in 'the girl in question' lol. Also vintage = used = older with that worn look 😛
 
Haha just noticed that Shane Ritchie wears a very similar jacket in this music video. Big tune right here 😉
