I don't know if this was asked before, but I was thinking about this last night. If Spike experienced a moment of true happiness, would he lose his soul or is Spike's soul restoration different than that of Angel?

No,he wouldn't lose his soul cuz he didn't get cursed by gypses. He (in theory) wanted his soul back (to get into Buffy's panties),he didn't get it as a punishment for being a bad boy
 
Nope...he wouldn't lose his soul...it wasn't a curse...Angel was cursed...with a specific side effect in mind...Spike got his soul on his own...for Buffy...
 
Why couldn't they like contain Angel, turn him into Angelus and have his soul restored using a similar spell that returned Spike's?? Then maybe Buffy & Angel could have a normal groiny relationship.
 
The "spell" that returned Spikes was a big demon in Africa. If you meant Angel well do you expect Willow to stand around waiting for Buffy and Angel to have sex all the time?

Dont think Spike would loose his soul again, because I'd imagine that lying in bed with Buffy in Touched would of been his moment of perfect happiness.
 
I don't think he would.

Angel's soul was a curse inflicted upon. The Elders were worried that his pain was lessening and that is how we found out about the Moment of Happiness.

Spike on the other hand wanted his soul.

Its a good subject, one which Joss could should have elaborated on.
 
I don't know how you feel, but James' performance in Touched is one of the best I've seen from him.
