Spin-Offs That Will Never Happen

How about a show where Giles (since he has no council or slayer-watching duties anymore) goes on expeditions to find things/knowledge related to demons/occult/everything else. It'd be kinda like Indiana Jones, except Giles would run into demons and various things that got in his way.
