Spin the Bottle for sure, it advanced the plot a lot more, Tabula Rasa was mostly filler with some good character moments. Plus, I like the cast of Angel a lot more than Buffy

Definitley Spin the Bottle, Spike had a great "Randy Giles" moment in Tabula Rasa, but I foudn Spin the Bottle more entertaining although they are both grerat episodes.
