OK, before you click the link know that this is 2 minutes from the Christmas special from Children in Need tonight.
I am NOT going to add spoilers in this thread however as a warning from now, anything lower than this may well be spoiler speculation.

OK, I have to say I am very excited by what I saw BUT I have a theory.
Watch the clip again watch the performance of 'The Next Doctor' and his companion.
David Morrissey is a fine actor BUT never would I have called him a 'ham' actor, someone who over acts but this was pure chesse. This leads me to believe that The Doctor (Tennant) has landed in maybe some kind of theatre production and 'The Next Doctor' is actually an actor playing the role. I might even go so far as to suggest that it isn't done in 1851 but SET in 1851. Wouldn't it be a marvellous twist if this was a story written by Dickens character on his way back to London after The Unquiet Dead.
