It's pretty good but I think a lot of people won't like it.

Angel has a very short part in it. Dunno why. Maybe due to difficulties in real-life scheduling.

Spike does sacrifice himself to save the day. And he does die, and yet we all know that he's on Angel next session, sooo...he'll be back.

What I did like was that Buffy says to Spike that she loves him. He tells her that she's lying but that it's nice to hear it.
 
OMG....I have seen it and it is exactly as stated in the spoiler on another site.
I would have expected some unknown scenes/ edning to be aired, but it is exactly as posted before.

Sunnydale below sealevel and not really a big finale. I was hoping for more from JW!!!!

Spike burning up was the worst! How could they? He is supposed to be on Angel next season! Is he coming back like Darla????

And how about that darn Shopping Mall thing? Not even remotely funny nor an adequate finish......
 
Okay, i havent seen the ep yet, but here are some of my comments concerning some of the details in your post:

What spike doesnt understand is that buffy is not lying. he prolly thinks shes lying because he saw her kiss angel ....
HERES the thing SPIKE: buffy DOES love you. Just not as deeply as she loves Angel but she DOES love you. Yes, she wont ever forget angel,or stop loving him, but that doesnt mean that she cant appreciate you for what you have given her and love you in her own way..

(keep in mind i still think angel will always be buffys one true love tho, and even tho it doesnt end that way, yuh juss know shes gunna guest appear here and there on future angel eps and that it might not be spike she ends up with then.....becos sipke WILL be on angel)--------->

speakin of............................ okay, spike dies BURNING UP???????? wtf? how is he gunna come back? (because he will... i think.....) like darla? i doubt that.....what tha HELL is going on?

Oh and PS i think its sucks that angel isnt on any longer 🙁 i would of liked to see him assist the scoobies in the final battle... just like good ole times
 
To use Spike's words: Angel is lame - at least he was in this ep. His silly grin all the time and the lines weren't very good either. Good choice to make his appearance on the show that short!

A lot of silly banter going on in this ep, references to the first season - Giles: "the earth is definitely doomed" and lots of special effects. Other than that - a lousy finish to 7 great years!

I can understand that 😀 Its hard to say that Buffy loves Spike but then its great when you say "but" not the way she loves Angel 😀 Great insight Ladykaos 🙂

it was hard for me too at first... but now i get it.... as long as she never tells angel to his face that she doesnt love him anymore, theres nuttin to prove me wrong 😀

LOL i know she better not even think of telling him that she loves Spike because that would just kill Angel ::crying2:: and me too 😉 No worries nobody can poor you wrong 😀
