03/23 - Episode 2.21 - Mr and Mrs Eriksen: It's finally the big day and everything starts to go wrong as Lily tries to keep a positive attitude. The harp player is not only pregnant and can't reach the lower part of her harp, but she is in labor. Scooter, a guy Lily dated in high school, thinks Lily is his soul-mate and doesn't want her to get married. Lily can't find the train for her wedding dress. so what did you guys think of the wedding? (well, the first part, anyway) do you think it was a good wedding? could've been better? why?

I loved the whole "shaved hair" bit. And Barney was excellent as always. But the rest of it wasnt thaaat great. There were a few good lines here and there tho.

i thought it was nice how they did the seperate wedding outside. i mean, how much do you have to do to make a tv wedding "special" and "unique" these days? and how much is too much? is there some sort of "ideal", like the whole event has to be suspenseful and full of problems in the beginning, and then super-romantic at the end for it to be perfect? i agree, it probably isnt the best tv wedding out there, but i keep going back to what they should have done differently...im not a producer or screenwriter....how could i even begin to guess this stuff? :silly:

It was a good episode, but yeah not one what made me go "wow" or "ooh" or anything exciting like that. I guess I prefer the regular episodes, the less huge ones, heh..

i love barney in it, where he is taking advantage and saying everything is "for the bride" so he can get stuff. he's such a funny character! 🙂
