Bangel? Dander? Faith bleeding to death? Are they trying to make me go insane? I'm really eager to get to the next few comics, I can't believe season eight is nearly over, but seriously, why Bangel and Dander?

Xander and Dawn is wrong on so many levels. I dont even have the right words for this BS. Buffy and Xander is fine by me but Xander and Dawn is just stupid and total out of character. I dont like Dawn. Did i mentioned that?

They are making love and the world ends. The blood of all these dead slayers getting you really horny huh Buffy? Just great. I really hope Buffy lost her mind and the control over her body.

The next issue is going to be awesome or just hilarious.

Faith bleeds a lot. The real Angel would never hurt her so much. Could someone please slap him really hard.

I want answers! Now!

I´m going to hate the 2 month break after 34*.

I don't have an issue with Dander anymore...I'm more worried about Twuffy.
Should be very interesting is all i can say right now....

Btw, i think that Dander is far more of a shark jump moment than Angel being Twilight. We'll see how it plays out.
 
"Ben is Glory" made me laugh (although Dawn wasn't actually there for that exchange; Glory had already nabbed her)

I'm interested to see that Buffy's voiceover about reunion kisses is contrasted against the disbelief/shock/mess that Angel as Twilight actually creates.

I really need this issue! 7th of April can't come soon enough...
 
Yuck at the last scene. I can't believe there's gonna be Bangel scenes that I hate.

I don't care anything about Bangel S8 anymore. I just worry about Faith. But I'm sure Willow is gonna heal her.

No, I dont think so... I think it is a jab at the fans. It is a rorschach test (which is why you thought of the character from watchmen) but the test is shown to people to get them to say what they see.. much like fans are seeing so many different things from the result of the Twilight reveal. If I were to guess it was a message to the fans not to expect what they expect.

Well that final scene looks like a reconstruct of Buffy and Angel's first kiss. Notice her hair that holey caridgan she was wearing?

I think that imagine was supposed to compliment the voice over about reunion kisses.

I'm guessing it is either Buffy or Angel.
 
I'm a little surprised at Xander's reaction (especially!) but I think I'll wait until the comic comes out before I let my head explode. I'm hoping this issue we get a little more insight into what's going on, how Angel became Twilight and such. Also I'd expect there to be some more heated reactions if/when Xander and the rest of the Gang see Angel face-to-face.

I dunno, I like to have faith that Joss wouldn't screw with the series and turn it into bad fanfic. I'm sure he's got some master plan happening here 🙂
 
It looks to me like Xander is just stunned, and trying to process what's happening. When he does, I believe he will go ballistic.

And when he remembers Renee... whoa.

Scott Allie came right out and told me, in response to one of my questions, that the friendship dynamic of the "core four" is going to survive this season, although "things change." It's one of the more spoilery things he's ever given out, I think. He may have intended it as a lifeline for those of us who are panicking over what's being done with these characters... because it's inconceivable that those friendships would survive intact based on what we think we know.

I'm trying to tell myself that the events of #34 will only be understandable in light of what happens in #35, the excruciating month-long wait notwithstanding.
