*SPOILERS AND THEORIES*

Season 7 Episode 1 is set in England- probably to make way for the new show RIPPER, so undoubtedly Giles will be in it.
Plus, I have a theory- Dawn is the new Slayer. This makes sense to me.
When Buffy and Giles were talking, she was making a big deal about there not being a new Slayer, and Giles was saying she was meant to live again and that was obvious because there was no new Slayer (I thin- or maybe this was a conversation with Dawn). Well anyways, a big deal was made about their not being a new Slayer. Then Dawn and Buffy were fighting the monsters underground, and Buffy went to help Dawn, but Dawn did some acrobatics and shoved a sword into its' chest in the way that we have seen Buffy do plenty of times before. Buffy looked completely shocked, and Dawn was like, "You don't think I've watched you?."
At the end, Buffy said to Dawn,"I want to show you the World."
And last Season there was the whole thing about Summers' blood. Buffy was able to shut the portal on behalf of Dawn cos it was as if she were the Key as well, so is it so difficult to believe that Dawn is the new Slayer, because she shares Buffy blood- Slayer blood?

That's my theory- what do you think?
Also, I heard spoilers about Season 5 ages ago, saying there was a new Slayer (and at that time it was supposed to be a sci-fi star- so I thought Shannon Doherty) but it all makes sense.
 
sounds cool to me i cant wait untill season 7.
I hope faith gets out of jail.
 
Yea....bring faith back....chase i think your theory is pretty good...it would only make sense that dawn would be a slayer too if buffy is one and they share blood....

I'm just not sure cos of the whole 'one girl in all the World' thing, cos Dawn is one mystical ball of energy in all the World...
 
and if you wanna draw even more similarities between them and point out the *extreme* hypocritical-ness of buffy - in Becoming we see a flashback to her gettign called and shes like oooh if its about that lipstick , i meant to pay for it

i think its totally possibel for dawnie to be the third slayer
and i think it would be really good if faith somehow managed to get our of jail in under three years (after murdering someone hmmm) and come show dawn the fun side of being a slayer and they could do a whole which path will dawn take type thing
but then thats just me trying to figure out a way to get faith back in the picture lol

yea it would be cool if Faith came back maybe they would let her out for good behaviour - unless she is fighting everyone in sight - but i don't know she seemed calm in Angel when he went to vist her - but that was a while ago 😕
 
It would be great if Faith will be in the new season. And its possible, i just hope they'll do that 😉 🙂
 
If they don't bring Faith back the least they could do is bring back Oz....I miss him too.....lol Lily...I wonder how they would write it if she did come back....that would be cool....3 slayers at a time...and we though 2 were bad...hehe
 
well i thnk if faith does get out it will be mistical reasons. Or maybe the watchers council hav been watchin her and will let her out for a while and then 4 eva. cause u know how the watchers council hav loads a mgick and stuff like wolfram and heart.
 
The whole Dawn being the new slayer thing sounds pretty cool, but I thought the reason there wasn't a new slayer called when Buffy died was because that already happened once. Remember The first time Buffy died Kendra was called, then when Kendra died Faith was called, so technically there shouldn't be a new slayer called until Faith dies.
 
technically yea...but if dawn has buffy/slayer blood...it wouldnt really matter right? cause dawn in a way is buffy...right??? im not too sure but that makes sense to me...dawn isnt technically the or even a slayer until faith dies ( assuming she will be the next slayer)Maybe after this season theyll do a new buffy the vampire slayer...like the next generation or something...(sorta copying degrassi) I just hope that faith isnt dead yet....Plus if she is dead wouldn't they do a episode on it???
 
Ohh I heard about that Englad thing ^_^ I think that should be pretty good ^_^ I can't wait to see what'll happen next season. (Although I'm still sad that it looks like Giles won't be back.... *sob*)

But I really don't think that Dawn will be chosen as the slayer. I'm not really sure if it matters if Buffy and Dawn have the same blood...I mean I don't think it's *excatly* the same blood just similar because their family members. So I don't think that Dawn has any Slayer powers, but I think that maybe next season Buffy will be teaching her how to fight and take care of herself *about time 😛) Plus the slayer line runs through Faith *pouts* and we wouldn't want her to die. 😀 It would be awesome to see Faith come back in either Buffy or Angel next season. 😀
 
i agree, but i don't think i want dawn to be the new slayer. she annoys me sometimes, and i ind of hope she isn't. but i agree
bring back Oz and Faith!

Wouldn't they have to kill off Faith for Dawn to be the new Slayer? She is "current" Slayer after all. Hopefully we get Faith back next season *crosses fingers*
 
lol...yea i think pretty much everyone wants Faith back....i guess your right they would have to kill faith...but if faith was dead theyd tell us so...i guess theres no hope yet for a new slayer....
 
Picture this: Dawn, sweet innocent little girl (besides the whole mystical energy thing😛 ) I really don't see her in a real fight. Ok she did pretty well with the sword but...no. Faith on the other hand *evil laugh* is a sl@yer and I do see her fight 😀 (and loving it) But a new sl@yer would be cool but not if it's Dawn... she's just to damn sweet
