I've only had it a few hours - but I'm loving it so far!

First game I played in many years.

It's great fun. I have just started the Tribal phase (think thats what its called in English, I got a Swedish version)
I almost want to restart it again though and test other ways to make it through the creature phase.
This game seems to have endless opportunities to be played in different ways.

It comes out tomorrow for us North American-ers. I'm picking it up as soon as i get out of work. Will Wright is on par with Joss Whedon, genius status!!!

Are you telling me that us Aussies and other parts of the world actually .... got something BEFORE you guys?!? :o I'm shocked!
It looks fun, but I have to avoid things that are potentially addictive and time-wastey. At least until December.

I got the mobile phone version the other day. i doubt it's anything like the proper console versions but it was quite fun anyway, if not abit short. Sim games aren't my sort of games anyway..
 
I am super jealous of anyone who can play Spore right now. I looooove Will Wright and the Sims franchise, so I've been aware of and excited about the development of Spore for years. Unfortunately, my computer broke months and months ago (which had, like, nothing whatsoever to do with me downloading too much stuff for the Sims 2). I am now using a crap-puter comprised of lots of spare/thrown-out old parts and am unable to really do much gaming. Alas, Age of Empires! Alas, Sims 2. Alas, poor Yorick!

Oh, dear god in heaven. .:shakes head:.

My boyfriend is OBSESSED with this game. He went out when the store opened and bought it today while I was sleeping. HIS. IS. OBSESSED.

I haven't seen it myself yet, but it seemed pretty awesome.
 
Ooh, I wanna get this so bad! I absolutely love Will Wright's Sims games (can't wait for The Sims 3 to come out!), and, if Spore is anywhere near as awesome as it sounds, I'll be completely addicted in no time.

I wanna play too but here it´s expencive and only buying from internet, so I think I´ll wait a little 🙁

It´s heavy for the pc? Cause The Sims nows how to be slow with all the "Loading" messages xD
