I think they didn't even notice or think about the fact that Vulcans have more strength then humans. Then again they could say that because of them being infected they were weaker due to the trelliums properties and all that lame junk they normally feed us.

They also can't have the 'z-vulcs' chomping down on the away team. I mean if they would have brought along 1 or 2 more MACO's then you coulda killed one or two. They have like another
dozen anyway.

I thought the part where the MACO got stabbed and still kept firing was awsome! Shows dedication eh?
 
I guess they figured that if they made the infected Vulcans moving at a good pace and if they went with the premise that a normal Vulcan is stronger then a human then naturally they had to make the infected Vulcans at least twice as strong, not even Archer high on coke could beat up one of them. Which of course would mean there would be no way for them to get off the ship.
 
NO ! they're not evil, nor weird. They're just highly rational and logical beings. Emotions are surpressed and regarded as weaknesses. That's why it's so hard to imagine they would want to kill the away team. They would never do that in normal conditions.
 
Wasn't a great episode but it was ok. I like the idea of an artificial nebulae/expanse whatever. But 50 of the big powerful spheres??? I'll have a hard time accepting that. I really thought the book at the end would tell us something. The very end with Hoshi and Archer was great though. Really set them up for a good episode next week.
 
I understand that they are working on an entire season long story arch so I have come to the conclusion that episodes such as the one this past week are necessary, kinda slows down the pace and takes away from the story arch for a while, in the end it wasnt a good one but it was a Hoshi-centric episode and that is certainly long overdue.
Next week is a rerun, I am wondering if that will be only a 1 week rerun or will it be a more extended time off. Hopefully no more then 3 weeks, after that I think I will completly forget what I saw this season so far.
 
lol...hoshi centric episodes...always one in a season

beauty and a beast episode...i liked it...i think hoshi is hott..its just that she's too geeky...everyone on that show is too damn nerdy...except when t=pol gets her pon far on...

i thought this episode had so much potential in the directing of it....some parts were good...but most of the parts were squandered...

next episode is going to kick some ass>...better be some bad ass space battles and some xindi genocide...that is going to be great...
 
Nerdy??? ok I guess. Archers cool though, no matter what anyone says.

come to think of it the only 2 people I don't like are Hoshi and Travis. Even Dr.Phlox is cooler! I mean Hoshis hot, sure, but yea I do agree with Souly, she is nerdy.

I wanna see ALOT more of T'pol and more phaser fights rather then space battles. (Even though the Enterprise is shaped like my fave class of starship....the Akira).
 
thats the best episodes....the one with bad ass space action...that opening episode of ds9 with the dominion war was nuts...the last episode of ds9 was even crazier...man...enterprise needs to get its shiz together...
